Every Sunday Morning, Anchor Baptist Church runs bus routes throughout the west Columbus area.
Bus Routes
Our bus routes in the West Columbus area operate on Sunday mornings, depending on your specific location. These routes offer convenient home pickups for both adults and children right in front of your home.
Upon arriving at the church, adults will have the opportunity to attend a Sunday school class followed by the main service. Meanwhile, your children will enjoy an exciting children’s Sunday school class, complete with songs, games, and a meaningful Bible lesson.
After the classes and services, our bus routes ensure a safe return journey for you and your children. We will drop you off right at your front door, providing a seamless and secure transportation experience for both adults and kids in the West Columbus area. Join us for a fulfilling Sunday morning with the whole family!
What Will Be My Experience?
Pick Up
We will pick you up in front of your home.
Bus Program
Every week your children will sing, play games, and learn about the Bible on the way to church.
At Church
Upon arriving at the church, you will have the opportunity to attend a Sunday school class followed by the main service. Meanwhile, your children will enjoy an exciting children’s Sunday school class, complete with songs, games, and a meaningful Bible lesson.
Drop Off
We will take you and your children home droping you off at your front door.
Who are the volunteers on the church bus?
Every bus worker is a faithful, background checked member of Anchor Baptist Church with a heart for working with people in the Columbus area.
How much does it cost to send my child on the church bus?
It doesn’t cost anything. It’s a free program provided by Anchor Baptist Church.
How old does my child have to be to ride on the church bus?
Children must be at least 4 years old and out of dipers to ride on the bus unless accompanied by a parent.
Why does Anchor Baptist Church run buses?
We run buses to help bring people to church that are not able to come on their own, to be an impact in our Columbus area through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up by filling out a rider permission slip at the link below. Once you’ve filled out a permission slip, one of our church bus volunteers will reach out to you about getting your added to the bus pick up list.
